Adults at First.

At FBC we have opportunities to engage people of all ages and walks of life. On Sundays we offer Community Groups for adults. During the week we have Bible studies, prayer groups, choirs and more for adults. For more information, call 918.594.5029 or visit our Calendar.


Knowing Jesus and learning what it means to follow Jesus is a transforming – life-changing – experience. This is the goal of the teaching that takes place in our Community Groups. We meet Sundays from 9:45 to 10:45 am. We have classes for all adults.


12:00 pm in Fellowship Hall

The Tuesday Lunch and Bible Study for the downtown Tulsa community hosted by Pastor Deron Spoo. Lunch is served in the fellowship hall at noon followed by a short talk. FBC Tulsa is located at 403 South Cincinnati.


The Celebration Choir at FBC is for adults 18 and older. The choir helps to lead worship at 11:00 am on Sundays, as well as perform in various events throughout the year. They meet Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. For more information, call 918.594.5059.


The Deaf Ministry at First has many opportunities for involvement, from ASL classes to a SIGN choir, plus events and gatherings throughout the year. FBC participates in the Southern Baptist Convention for the Deaf, the Oklahoma Baptist Conference for the Deaf and the Northeast Oklahoma Deaf Baptists.


Servants In God’s Name (SIGN) class meets on Sundays at 9:45 am and is for Deaf, Blind, Deaf/Blind and Hearing individuals. SIGN is taught using ASL with voice interpretation for the hearing, all are welcome, even those wanting to improve their sign language skills. On Sundays come enjoy a time of fellowship and Bible study.


Our Women’s Ministry is for women of all ages and stages of life, to come together for fellowship, community and spiritual growth. Our desire is to reach women with God’s life-changing love, connect them to God and each other, equip them for spiritual growth and give opportunities to build life-long relationships. Men of FBC participate in retreats and events throughout the year, as well as an apprenticeship program that kicks off in the fall. For more information, call 918.587.1571.


SWAT (Singles Worship at Tulsa FBC) meets once a month for dinner, fellowship and a time of worship. Check our calendar for the next SWAT meeting. Community groups also meet for single adults ranging from 20’s to senior adults, on Sundays. These groups stay connected to each other by hosting events and activities for their group.
