The Springs, is a satellite campus of First Baptist Tulsa, located in Sand Springs, at the Central Ninth Grade Center, on 4th and Main. The worship gathering begins at 10:00am, but you are invited to come early and enjoy coffee. Separate programs are available for students, children and preschool during the 10:00 a.m. gathering. 3 Things to Know About The Springs... GatheringsPreschool (babies - kindergarten) Preschoolers engage in playtime while learning Bible stories and fun songs during the worship gathering at 10:00 a.m. Children (1st - 6th grade) Children participate in children's worship with songs and a Bible study, plus fun games during the worship gathering at 10:00 a.m. Students (7th - 12th grade) At 10:30 a.m. students attend the worship service. Coffee is offered before the worship gathering at 10:00 a.m., so come early and enjoy coffee on us!
People to Know
Deron Spoo, Lead Pastor Deron has served as Lead Pastor at First Baptist Tulsa since May of 2000. A native of Texas, Deron has served churches in Texas and Alabama. Deron's hobbies include hanging out at Starbuck's, a love-hate relationship with golf and watching good sci-fi, but what he enjoys most is being with his wife Paula and three kids. The verse that sticks with Deron the most is Psalm 31:14-15: I trust in you, O Lord; I say, 'You are my God.' My times are in your hands. 
Eric Barron, Campus Pastor Eric has served as Associate Minister of Worship at First Baptist Tulsa since October of 2005. A native of West Tennessee, Eric has served churches in Tennessee and Mississippi. Eric's hobbies include writing, shooting sports, family night with our SyFy favorites and all things music. The verse that speaks to Eric the most is Philippians 2:10-11: That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow... And every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
